How to remove the Newton Knows virus?

The virus/spyware infected my system along with several others one week ago. I ran several anti virus programs and removed all but one called ''Newton Knows'' all my anti spyware packages cannot remove it as the process it uses is always in use and even when they are ended for some reason cannot access it to delete the virus.

packages used so far:

Spybot

Spyware Terminator

Cyberhawk

AVG- free edition

what has been said by CLYDE is one of the best stage by stage directions told, make sure you print off a copy so you can use it again. and I don't know CLYDE I just know of people who have been helped by it.
First of all, stay away from anything that is FREE when it comes to spyware and antivirus. There is a reason why they free. They are NOT good.
