Norton 360 scan?

I recently switched to norton 360.when scanning my system ,norton only returned some low risk cookies. does this mean that I am currently free from viruses, trojans, spyware, adware, and other malicious 'things'. just want to ensure i am safe from the outside. thanks ;)

Norton 360 scan?firewall

yes it means that you are free of trojans and viruses.

Norton dosnt always detect everything though

i would have switched to Kaspersky or AVG and maybe trendmicro

They have much higher ratings

norton isnt what it used to be.

Anyway if Norton is doing its job correctly then yes you are safe for now.

I have Norton 360 and I think it is horrible. It always finds the same 1 cookie. If you run AdAware it will find a lot more, plus the program is free.
yea that surely means you are at a low risk...:D

but yet i would recommend you to use ESET NOD32 antivirus program whick is equally strong as norton is and takes very less amount of RAM as compared to norton or McAfee.

just love that program. try it out.

its won many awards too. check out the site.

yea your free of virus for now.

i dont like norton because it takes up alot of ram, try kaspersky.
Yeah, you're fine for right now. A couple cookies aren't going to hurt your computer any.
